We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team and help us provide a safe, efficient, and well‑maintained working environment across the Bromford Flagship commercial estate in the East. If you take pride in delivering high‑quality maintenance and want to be part of a team that enables colleagues to thrive, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This is a full time role, working Monday-Friday 37 hrs per week. Company van will be included for this role as it is mobile.
About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll deliver a professional internal repairs and maintenance service, supporting the Facilities Team in all aspects of workplace facilities management. You will:
- Carry out responsive internal repairs and general maintenance across the commercial estate
- Attend on‑site meetings with external contractors, including induction and supervision where required
- Conduct regular site inspections, identifying and resolving issues proactively
- Liaise with and organise third‑party repairs when needed
- Take responsibility for company‑issued transport, equipment, and devices, including participation in the out‑of‑hours on‑call rota
This is a varied, hands‑on role that supports the wider business and helps ensure our workplaces remain safe, functional, and welcoming.
Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Experience in responsive repairs and maintenance within a customer‑facing environment
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety and the ability to uphold safe working practices
- Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Initiative to identify improvements and suggest better ways of working
- A valid UK driving licence

In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary of ÂŁ27,500-29,500 DOE per annum and a benefits package.
