This Asset Management role at Bromford Flagship supports compliance inspections, servicing and safety work across the group's homes. The core of the post is securing customer access for these visits, resolving access problems early and keeping compliance records and case notes up to date. Working closely with customers, including vulnerable ones, and with contractors, solicitors and external agencies, it is a hybrid, full-time permanent post with regional travel, and two positions are being recruited. A full UK driving licence is needed.
What the job involves
- Build positive, effective relationships with customers, including vulnerable customers or those in difficult circumstances
- Engage customers to secure access for compliance inspections, servicing and safety work
- Work with compliance teams, neighbourhood colleagues, contractors, solicitors and external agencies to get good outcomes
- Resolve access problems through early intervention, clear communication and practical solutions
- Keep accurate records and case notes to support compliance activity and audit requirements
- Keep customers informed before, during and after compliance visits
- Identify ways to improve processes and customer outcomes

Experience
- Experience building positive relationships with customers, including vulnerable customers
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
- Experience maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting requirements
Skills & knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate
- Ability to balance customer needs with organisational, legal and regulatory requirements
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
