We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a QA Analyst (Dynamics 365). To work closely with the QA Manager to deliver high-quality software through effective QA and Testing practices, with a leaning towards automation.
Location: Based at one of our head office locations, (Norwich or Tewkesbury) with hybrid working and regular in‑office attendance required.
As a QA Analyst (Dynamics 365), you will work closely with the QA Manager and wider technology teams to ensure the delivery of high‑quality software across cloud‑based platforms, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will create and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases derived from business, product, and technical requirements, covering both manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and API layers.
You will be responsible for identifying, logging, and prioritising defects using appropriate tracking tools, collaborating with developers and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. You will actively promote a culture of quality by working alongside development, product, and DevOps teams, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and staying up to date with emerging QA tools, automation practices, and technologies to drive efficiency and innovation.
Essential Skills and Experience- Experience working within a QA function, with a strong emphasis on test automation
- Hands‑on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications
- Proficiency in defect management, including identification, documentation, and prioritisation of issues
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Azure DevOps
- API testing experience using tools such as Postman
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product teams, and DevOps within Agile environments
- Awareness of modern QA practices, continuous improvement, and emerging technologies, including AI‑driven solutions
- Professional QA qualifications (e.g. ISTQB or equivalent) are desirable
