We are seeking an organised and proactive HR Executive to provide operational and administrative support across the employee lifecycle. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain broad HR experience while assisting the Head of HR & Admin with employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration.
You will play a key role in supporting workforce operations, maintaining HR records, assisting in recruitment processes, and providing support for engagement and culture initiatives. This is a hands-on role with structured supervision and opportunities to develop technical HR capability over time.
- Support employee relations by preparing case documentation, taking minutes at ER meetings, and maintaining trackers.
- Assist with performance management and probation administration, including reminders, documentation, and appraisal tracking.
- Support compliance and governance, including Right to Work checks, GDPR-compliant records, HR metrics dashboards, and audit preparation.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, and HR systems.
- Assist with HR communications, benefits administration, and general HR operational tasks.
- Support engagement and culture initiatives, including surveys, reporting, and company events.
Essential Skills: HR admin experience, basic UK employment law knowledge, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, proficiency in Microsoft Office/HR systems, and effective communication with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Desirable Skills: CIPD Level 3 (or working towards), exposure to employee relations, probation/performance processes, compliance audits, payroll/sponsorship/immigration familiarity, and engagement or culture initiative experience.
