Key responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents such as contracts, agreements and NDAs;
- Collating materials from different teams, drafting of agenda, circulating materials to directors and uploading materials to company files;
- Assisting in the execution of documents;
- Managing and processing invoices;
- Conduct legal research and assist in the preparation of legal opinions;
- Providing general support to the Legal team as required.
Requirements:
