We are looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Head of Marketing to lead our demand generation, brand development and GTM strategies, working closely with sales operations and channel lead to support scalable, data-driven growth.
Role purposeThis is a pivotal leadership role to develop the marketing strategy and drive brand presence and lead generation. You will manage a high-performing marketing team, oversee marketing performance, lead GTM campaigns, and drive alignment between marketing, sales, product and customer success.
Job requirements- Marketing Leadership
- Lead, develop and inspire the marketing team across content, digital, events, brand, and product marketing.
- Own and deliver the marketing strategy for customer acquisition, engagement and retention across schools, MATs, local authorities in the UK; with potential for deal-based marketing in overseas territories.
- Champion the Bromcom brand across touchpoints, ensuring consistent, compelling and audience-relevant messaging.
- Oversee the content calendar and campaign roadmap to align with product launches and market opportunities.
- Develop and deliver strategic PR and thought leadership, enhancing Bromcom's profile as a trusted partner in education.
- Data & Performance
- Report on key performance metrics across marketing, driving insights into what’s working and what needs change.
- Own lead scoring, segmentation and lifecycle management strategies.
- Ensure marketing activities deliver measurable ROI and contribute to business targets.
- Strategic Collaboration
- Act as a key contributor to commercial strategy and cross-functional planning alongside senior leadership.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success and Support teams to ensure alignment on messaging, customer journeys and feedback loops.
- Represent marketing in internal and external meetings, partner events and executive briefings.
- Coordinate internal alignment on PR and messaging, ensuring consistency across departments by gathering input, consolidating feedback, and communicating final narratives to all relevant stakeholders.
Reports to Chief Growth Officer with 4 direct reports.
