The Role
Brokk UK Ltd is seeking a Service Technician / Plant Fitter to cover London and the South of England. The role is based from our Chelmsford depot, with travel to customer sites to service, repair and support our growing customer base and new areas of business.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and repair Brokk machines, tooling and partner products
- Diagnose faults and determine effective repair solutions
- Test, troubleshoot and commission equipment
- Complete job reports and maintain accurate service records
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding faults and repairs
- Work flexibly to meet customer and operational demands
- Operate independently and as part of the aftersales service team
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience working with electrical and hydraulic systems
- Knowledge of construction and demolition sites
- Strong diagnostic, communication and interpersonal skills
- Practical understanding of tools and equipment required for the role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of site-based work, including lifting and bending
Additional Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
