We are seeking an experienced Manager to join and help lead their Agriculture & Property department in Banbury. This is a senior leadership role where you will manage a portfolio of clients from the agriculture and property sectors , while also playing a key role in shaping the direction, performance, and development of the department. With the firm\’s continued expansion, and offices across the country, there is a strong emphasis on internal progression and long-term career growth for high-performing individuals. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of agriculture and property sector clients, providing tailored accounting and tax planning solutions Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a senior point of contact Review accounts and tax returns, ensuring quality and compliance Identify tax planning and advisory opportunities Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members Contribute to departmental management, planning, and resource allocation Support business development and help drive strategic growth initiatives Candidate Profile: ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified (or equivalent) Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounts and tax within a practice environment Strong technical skills and commercial awareness Confident managing client portfolios in the agriculture and/or property sectors Effective leader with experience managing and developing teams Organised, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement This is an excellent opportunity to step into a visible leadership position within a collaborative, client-focused, and ambitious firm that actively invests in its people.
