About the Role As our business continues to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Support Executive to join our award-winning team. With demonstrated experience in an administrative role, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in your work, you’ll be accountable for onboarding new insurers and brokers onto our award-winning platform, as well as maintenance of the platform from an operational perspective. Your ability to communicate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders will allow you to provide ongoing support to brokers with such activities as data upload and practical queries, and your understanding of basic financial methods will assist you in undertaking monthly billing processes. Bringing a demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel) and the ability to quickly learn and understand new systems, you’ll be proud of your growth mindset, with a demonstrated ability to prioritise and work in a proactive and solutions-oriented team.
