We have an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with experience from within the insurance industry (or from working in businesses providing services into it) to join our highly motivated team.
With demonstrated high-level stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate and collaborate across all levels, you will support the Commercial Director to develop and implement a commercial strategy that aligns with Broker Insights’ objectives and market opportunities. Utilising your extensive leadership experience to manage and motivate a team of experienced Insurance professionals to drive digital transformation across the commercial insurance sector, you’ll quickly develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Broker Insights’ product and the market.
While attending joint face-to-face visits with the Broker Relationship Managers to build relationships with senior stakeholders, you’ll guide the team to maximise broker engagement, usage & utilisation of the platform, delivering key messages & driving change management.
With strong commercial acumen, and the ability to apply active listening skills to build into proposition development, you’ll also be accountable for seeking out and converting new opportunities with strategic customers.
You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your professional networks by attending networking and industry events such as CII functions and the annual BIBA conference.

Our offices in the fabulous Waters’ Edge building in Dundee provide a great office space to work in, however this role allows you to work remotely or on a hybrid model, dependent upon your location.
