As our business continues to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Support Executive to join our award-winning team.
Your ability to communicate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders will allow you to provide ongoing support to brokers with such activities as data upload and practical queries, and your understanding of basic financial methods will assist you in undertaking monthly billing processes.
Bringing a demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel) and the ability to quickly learn and understand new systems, you’ll be proud of your growth mindset, with a demonstrated ability to prioritise and work in a proactive and solutions-oriented team.

Although our offices in the fabulous Waters’ Edge building in Dundee provide a great office space to work in, this hybrid role also allows you the flexibility to decide which 2-3 days each week you work in the office, and which days from home.
