We're looking for a Head of Operations to lead how the business runs day to day. You'll be the person who keeps everything moving - turning plans into action, leading the team, and making sure the operation runs smoothly as we grow. It's a key leadership role with real ownership and the chance to shape how a fast-growing brand operates. You will work closely with the founder and the wider team, and own the systems and rhythm that keep a busy business running well.
What you'll do:
- Lead the team & day-to-day operations: Lead and support the team, setting clear priorities and keeping everyone aligned and accountable. Create and own the systems and tools that keep work organized, visible and on track. Establish a strong operating rhythm - clear priorities, regular check-ins, smooth communication.
- Drive execution: Take projects from idea to done across the business, keeping things on schedule. Stay on top of the details and deadlines that keep everything running.
- Manage partners & logistics: Coordinate the content and marketing pipeline with our creative team and agency. Run logistics for drops, wholesale orders and events end-to-end. Manage relationships with manufacturers, partners and our growing international operations.
- Support growth: Help prepare for key decisions and keep the business organized as it scales. Spot what can run better and improve how we work.
