The role involves leading the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly as the company grows. You will work closely with the founder and the wider team, managing the systems and processes that keep the business organised.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the team & day-to-day operations, setting clear priorities and keeping everyone aligned and accountable.
  • Create and own the systems and tools that keep work organised, visible, and on track.
  • Establish a strong operating rhythm with clear priorities, regular check-ins, and smooth communication.
  • Drive execution by taking projects from idea to completion across the business, ensuring schedules are met.
  • Manage partners & logistics, coordinating the content and marketing pipeline with the creative team and agency.
  • Run logistics for drops, wholesale orders, and events end-to-end.
  • Manage relationships with manufacturers, partners, and our growing international operations.
  • Support growth by preparing for key decisions and keeping the business organised as it scales.
  • Identify areas for improvement in operations.
