Broken Planet is looking for a highly organised, proactive Creative Operations & Project Lead to help support the fast-moving day-to-day execution of the brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in creative environments but naturally thinks in systems, structure, timelines, and problem-solving. You’ll work closely with the founders and wider team to help turn ideas, campaigns, shoots, collaborations and projects into organised execution.
This is not a traditional corporate operations role. We’re looking for someone who can bring calm, structure and accountability into a fast-moving creative business while understanding the pace and intensity of fashion, content and campaign environments.
Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day project coordination across creative, content and operational tasks
- Help organise and manage schedules, timelines, shoots and ongoing brand projects
- Coordinate communication between founders, designers, freelancers and wider team members
- Track progress across ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are moving forward
- Spot bottlenecks, inefficiencies or communication breakdowns before they become bigger problems
- Run weekly planning/check-in meetings and maintain accountability across the team
- Help build systems and workflows that improve organisation and reduce chaos as the brand scales
- Support collaboration rollouts, campaign planning and execution timelines
- Ensure tasks are delegated clearly and followed through properly
- Act as a central operational point between the founders and wider team
- Highly organised and proactive
- Strong communication and people-management skills
- Calm under pressure and comfortable in fast-moving environments
- Naturally systems-oriented and solution-focused
- Able to manage multiple moving projects simultaneously
- Confident in leading follow-ups and holding people accountable
- Experience in fashion, creative production, events, agency or startup environments is preferred
- Understands creative workflows without becoming emotionally reactive to chaos
- Comfortable working closely with founders and adapting to changing priorities
- Part-time to start, with flexibility to grow into a larger role over time
- Hybrid/flexible working structure
