Social Media & Content Manager in City of London

The role

We're looking for an experienced Social Media & Content Manager to join our creative team. Reporting to our Head of Content, you'll take our content from shoot to post, selecting the strongest work, shaping it for each channel and running our socials day-to-day. It's a hands-on role with real ownership, for someone passionate about content. You'll work closely with the founders and our wider creative team, based in London.

What you'll do:

Content & distribution

• Review every shoot and select the strongest content.
• Turn campaigns and drops into a clear content plan, from launch posts and daily stories to emails.
• Brief edits and cut-downs so every piece is ready for its channel.
• Own the content calendar and keep it moving.

Social & community

• Run our social channels day-to-day, including Instagram and TikTok.
• Manage our community across DMs, comments and mentions.
• Work with creators and keep track of what they post.
• Track what's performing and use it to shape what comes next.

Shoots

• Be on set to support the team and understand the content first-hand.
• Capture behind-the-scenes and in-the-moment content for our channels.
• Keep the content library organised.

You might be a fit if you

• Have managed social and content for a fashion or lifestyle brand.
• Have a sharp eye for what's strong and what's not.
• Are comfortable on set and happy to be hands-on.
• Are organised enough to handle a lot of content, and creative enough to make it go out.
• Hold a high standard for everything that goes out.
• Have 3–5 years in social or content, brand-side or agency-side.
• Bonus: experience at a streetwear or DTC brand.
