Overview
Part-time role (28 hours over 4 days a week) with Broke Not Broken in Kinross-shire. The team supports people in crisis with dignity and respect at the core of service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Front-facing work with community members to help them access the support they need.
- Represent the project at events and activities (e. g., community projects and groups as they arise).
- Participate in project delivery with a compassionate, non-judgemental approach.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience using Word, Excel, and Power Point; willingness to learn additional software or project management systems as needed.
- Ability to write reports and carry out simple evaluations to demonstrate impact.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work empathetically and without judgement.
- Experience working directly with the community in front-facing roles is desirable.
