We are recruiting for Mastclimber/Hoist Level 1 & 2 installers and their supervisors.
Ideal Candidate
- Will have experience in installing mastclimbers/hoists/cranes.
- IPAF Installer ticket for mastclimbers/CSCS Hoist Installer ticket/CPA and other qualifications are desirable.
- Able to work on own initiative as well as within a team with a proactive, flexible, can-do attitude.
The role
- Projects predominantly in London and the South East.
- Permanent position with directly employed status.
- Weekly pay.
- Working at height.
- Fast-paced work environment.
- Working as a team to install a mast climber or goods hoist which will be tested by a supervisor post installation.
- Field based carrying out a range of mast climbers and goods hoists.
- Day to day variety and overtime.
- Monday to Friday days-based role with the option to work weekends overtime (when available).
The person
- The ideal candidates have the ability to work safely at height and to use hand tools in a safe manner.
- Have the confidence to communicate with site contractors.
- Experience in mast climber and hoist installation is advantageous but not necessary.
- Be able to work well as part of a team.
- Able to work off own initiative.
- Keen to learn and progress.
- Willingness to travel.
- Candidates who donβt have installation experience but are from a construction background are encouraged to apply.
