We are urgently recruiting a Damp and Mould Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Damp & Mould team within the Repairs division.
Experience Required:
- Have worked in a Local Authority or Housing Association setting
- Have worked admin level roles within damp and mould teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day admin support to the Damp & Mould function
- Log new cases, book surveys, and monitor progress through to resolution
- Track works, ensure updates are recorded accurately, and maintain compliance documents
- Liaise with residents, surveyors, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure all actions align with damp & mould procedures and Awaabs Law requirements
Requirements:
- Experience working in a local authority or housing association
- Background in repairs administration or damp & mould workflows
- Strong organisational skills and accuracy in record-keeping
- Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to attend the North London office three days per week (non‑negotiable)
