The Company is an international access provider, with operations in the UK, Ireland and UAE. Brogan Group is a leading access specialist supplying clients with the design, supply and erection of scaffolding, mast climbers and hoists on major construction sites.
Due to our continued expansion, we are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant/Financial Controller ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualified to join our busy accounts team at our Head Office in Welwyn Garden City.

Job Role:
- Analysis of operations /regions and sectors
- Produce statutory accounts for Italian subsidiaries
- Assist in preparation of consolidated year-end statutory accounts
- Assist in preparation of quarterly management accounts and bank packs
- Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts
- Oversee fabrication costs & products register
- Maintain the fixed asset register
- Prepare prepayments and accruals
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Bookkeeping Italian subs onto Coins
- Review bank/revenue reconciliations
- Review inter-company transactions
- Variance analysis and reporting
- Assist with year end audits
- KPI reporting
- Ad-hoc reporting
Whilst the main role involves the above duties, the preferred candidate will need to be flexible and willing to get involved at all levels within the accounts team, such as cover periods of leave or to meet deadlines.
