Due to our continuous expansion, we are currently recruiting for a Business Administration Executive/Assistant at our Welwyn Garden City Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM system administration and management
  • Analysis and reporting to head of departments and directors
  • General admin tasks within all departments
  • Support for head of departments and directors

Key Person Specifications

Knowledge & Experience

  • Good IT skills, knowledge of Excel and Word software
  • Knowledge or experience with standard work routines which have involved the use of simple office equipment or machines, preferably in a busy office environment
  • Has some experience in the performance of specific tasks and activities that do not involve supervision or close liaison with others
  • Ability to manage time effectively and to prioritise workloads
  • Excellent telephone skills and the ability to respond positively and effectively to staff
