What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assess, plan and deliver outstanding nursing care
  • Develop and review person-centred care plans
  • Safely administer and record medication (in line with NMC guidelines)
  • Support and mentor care team colleagues
  • Work closely with families and multi-disciplinary professionals
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Complete mandatory training and stay professionally up to date

You’ll practice with integrity, safeguarding residents and promoting dignity at all times.
