We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and dynamic Registered Manager to lead our established domiciliary care branch into its next phase of growth while maintaining outstanding quality of care.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance: Act as the CQC / Care Inspectorate Registered Manager, ensuring full compliance with health and social care legislation, quality standards, and company policies.
Service Delivery: Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and quality assurance person-centred , safe, and effective care.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and retain a high-performing team of care staff and field supervisors.
Business Growth: Manage branch operations, manage capacity, build relationships with local authorities and private clients, and expand service provision.
Auditing & Safeguarding: Oversee safeguarding procedures, manage incidents, conduct regular service audits, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements & Qualifications
Full right to work in the UK
Must hold an Adult DBS
Qualifications: NVQ / QCF Level 5/6Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care (or equivalent / working towards completion).
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience within a domiciliary care setting.
Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth working knowledge of CQC / regulatory frameworks, safeguarding practices, and health and safety legislation.
Driver's License: Full UK driver's licence with access to a reliable vehicle.
Skills: Excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, proficiency in care management software, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. xgikmsk
