Brocket Hall is now looking for an ambitious and proactive Sales Executive to help drive revenue across our growing and diverse business.
Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business using existing industry contacts, personal network, and active outreach, with a strong focus on converting opportunities into confirmed sales.
- Act as a front-facing sales representative for Brocket Hall, meeting clients in person, attending networking opportunities, and representing the business externally.
- Identify, pursue, and convert opportunities across events, weddings, corporate hospitality, memberships and accommodation.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to confirmation, contract, and handover to operations.
- Maintain a structured and up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate records, and professional communication at all times.
- Achieve agreed monthly sales targets and KPIs, with a clear focus on revenue generation.
- Coordinate and conduct client site visits, show rounds, and meetings, ensuring a high-quality client experience.
- Support and deliver company-led events, showcases, open days, exhibitions, and promotional activities, including attendance on-site where required.
- Work closely with the events and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to delivery.
- Carry out basic sales administration including CRM updates, enquiry tracking, and reporting.
- Support company-driven marketing activity where required, including promoting events, sharing approved content, and assisting with simple updates to systems and databases.
- Use all company systems and tools correctly and consistently.
Requirements
- Proven ability to work within a seven-day operational environment, including regular weekend working as required by the business.
- A proactive, results-driven sales mindset, with the confidence to approach clients, build relationships, and convert opportunities into confirmed business.
- Comfortable working to sales targets and deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a wide range of clients and stakeholders.
- Well organised, with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline, prioritise tasks, and follow up opportunities effectively.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn, develop, and adapt within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a wider Sales and Events team, while also working independently and taking ownership of your results.
- Experience in using CRM systems and basic sales tools is preferred.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs, including supporting company-led events, open days, and exhibitions.
