We want someone who can identify commercial opportunities, generate demand, improve sales conversion, develop a high-performing sales culture and turn opportunities into measurable revenue.

The role covers Golf Membership, Corporate Golf & Golf Days, Weddings, Events & Conferences, Hotel & Accommodation, Food & Beverage, Corporate Partnerships and new commercial opportunities across the Estate.

  • Lead and develop the sales team
  • Set clear revenue targets and KPIs
  • Build accurate pipelines and forecasts
  • Improve enquiry response and follow-up
  • Increase conversion from enquiry to booking and payment
  • Personally support high-value opportunities

  • Develop partnerships and key accounts
  • Improve digital lead generation across Google, Meta, website, email and third-party platforms
  • Improve pricing, packages and discount structures
  • Take ownership of Hub Spot commercial discipline
  • Work with AI and automation resources to improve the complete customer journey

Priority growth areas will include Weddings & Events, Corporate Golf, Membership and Accommodation.

Requirements

  • Excellent execution and follow-through
  • Entrepreneurial and hands-on approach
  • Comfortable working directly with senior leadership

Experience in hospitality, golf, leisure, hotels, luxury venues, membership businesses or events would be beneficial but is not essential.

Experience with Hub Spot would be particularly valuable.
