Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Develop and implement an innovative and seasonal cocktail menu that enhances the overall guest experience.
- Recruit, train, and manage bar staff to maintain exceptional service levels, conducting regular performance reviews and offering growth opportunities.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and place orders to ensure the bar is well-stocked with high-quality products.
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations within the bar.
- Create and implement training programs for staff on drink preparation, customer service, and product knowledge.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in upscale establishments, preferably within the hospitality sector.

- Demonstrated ability to manage inventory and control costs effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with guests and staff alike.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per the operational requirements of the bar.
