Brocket Hall is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and members, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. You will manage daily reception duties including greeting guests, handling enquiries, managing bookings, and supporting general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, members, and guests in a warm and professional manner.
