Brocket Hall is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and members, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. You will manage daily reception duties including greeting guests, handling enquiries, managing bookings, and supporting general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, members, and guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Manage telephone, email and in-person enquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Handle bookings and appointments for various services offered at Brocket Hall.
  • Process payments and manage general queries.
  • Maintain the reception area to a high standard of cleanliness and organisation.
  • Support other departments with administrative duties and communications.
  • Deliver food and beverage services as required by the company.
