Brocket Hall is looking for an organized and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to support the delivery of a variety of events at our distinguished estate. As an integral member of the events team, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing exceptional events including weddings, corporate functions, and private celebrations. - Take charge of organizing and coordinating every detail of events, from the very first progress meeting post-sale all the way through to their successful completion.
- Keep communication with clients clear, timely, and proactive to fully understand and exceed their expectations.
- Lead thorough progress meetings with clients and monitor payment status in line with company policies.
- Seamlessly coordinate logistics, including venue setup, equipment, staffing, and catering to create flawless events.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as catering, housekeeping, golf, and maintenance to guarantee event readiness.
- Manage event timelines and schedules meticulously to ensure every task is completed efficiently and on schedule.
