Brocket Hall (UK) Ltd is seeking a passionate Membership Manager to oversee end-to-end membership operations across Golf, Leisure, Academy and Racquets. You will manage onboarding, renewals, billing and member communications, while delivering engaging social events and driving retention and incremental revenue.
You will work closely with Golf Operations, Academy, Leisure and Racquets teams to ensure premium service and accurate data across CRM and billing systems, while upholding GDPR standards.
