Brocket Hall is the prestigious home of two championship golf courses, a world-class driving range, the renowned Phil Kenyon Putting Studio, and a premier par 3 academy with a short game area. We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Technology and the upcoming launch of our new gym in April, which will feature state-of-the-art facilities and advanced technologies designed to introduce an innovative approach to fitness and healthier living while also improving golfers' performance. We are seeking a passionate Golf and Leisure Membership Manager to join our team.

This role is to manage the end-to-end membership operation and member experience across Golf, Leisure, Academy and Racquets. This includes onboarding, renewals, billing and payment administration, member communications, and the delivery of member social events. The role is also responsible for proactively driving member retention, upgrades, and incremental revenue through structured engagement and upselling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Membership onboarding and management: Own the onboarding process for all new members, ensuring a smooth, premium experience from point of sale through to active membership. Set up and maintain accurate membership records in the membership management system, ensuring all details and access are correct. Work closely with Golf Operations, Academy, Leisure and Racquets teams to ensure members receive consistent, high-quality service throughout their journey.
  • Renewals: Manage the renewals process end-to-end: planning, communications, follow-up and completion on time. Manage membership billing and payments in line with company procedures, working closely with Finance on accuracy and outstanding balances.
  • Relationships, retention and upgrades: Be a key point of contact for members, handling queries and following issues through to resolution. Keep members engaged throughout the year through planned communication and touchpoints. Proactively spot upgrade/upsell opportunities and act on them in line with the membership offer.
  • Member events: Plan and deliver a calendar of member social events and engagement activity. Coordinate with Operations and F&B to ensure events are well organised, well communicated and delivered to a high standard. Gather feedback to improve participation and member satisfaction.
  • Systems, reporting and standards: Keep membership records accurate across all systems (CRM/membership management systems and billing records). Provide regular reporting on membership numbers, renewals, upgrades and engagement. Handle member data responsibly and in line with GDPR and confidentiality requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experienced membership or customer account manager from a premium environment (golf, leisure, hospitality, private club, fitness).
  • Naturally organised and detail-focused, especially with onboarding, renewals, payments and keeping records accurate.
  • Confident communicator who builds strong member relationships quickly and handles member queries and concerns professionally.
  • Commercial mindset: spots opportunities to upgrade/upsell and improves retention through proactive engagement.
  • Comfortable with membership systems/CRM and reporting and works well across departments to get things delivered properly.
  • Passion in golf and fitness, with a natural enthusiasm for the member experience.
  • Flexible to work weekday, weekends and bank holidays.
Benefits:
  • Access to golf and leisure facilities (contingent upon successful completion of the probationary period).
  • Employee discounts on retail and food & beverage.
  • Opportunities for training and development.
