Description

Brocket Hall is looking for experienced and professional Food & Beverage team members to join our hospitality team.

We are looking for people who genuinely enjoy providing good service, understand how a professional restaurant or hospitality operation should run, and want the development opportunities rather than purely casual work.

You will work across our Clubhouse, private events and other hospitality areas across the Brocket Hall estate, delivering a consistent and welcoming service to members, guests and event clients.

  • Providing professional table and drinks service
  • Taking orders accurately and using EPOS systems
  • Setting up and preparing restaurant, bar and event areas
  • Serving food and beverages to a consistently high standard
  • Understanding menus, allergens and dietary requirements
  • Communicating confidently with members and guests
  • Handling guest requests and resolving straightforward service issues
  • Working efficiently during busy services and events
  • Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation
