What You’ll Do
- Learn to support the sales cycle from enquiry through to proposal preparation and contract completion.
- Develop an understanding of customer needs through meetings and effective questioning.
- Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Support new business generation through networking, research and customer engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline information.
- Work with Events, Hospitality and Operations Teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Contribute towards sales objectives and learn about forecasting and KPI management.
