Brocket Hall Estate is seeking a passionate Membership Manager to oversee the end-to-end member journey across onboarding, billing, renewals and upgrades at our premium golf estate.
You will collaborate with Golf Operations, Academy, Leisure and Racquets to deliver a high-quality member experience, plan events, manage data in CRM systems, and ensure GDPR compliance and accurate reporting. Experience in hospitality or premium club memberships is preferred.
