Brocket Hall is the prestigious home of two championship golf courses, a world‑class driving range, the renowned Phil Kenyon Putting Studio, and a premier par 3 academy with a short game area. We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Technology and the upcoming launch of our new gym in April, which will feature state‑of‑the‑art facilities and advanced technologies designed to introduce an innovative approach to fitness and healthier living while also improving golfers' performance.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, fitness‑minded people who love creating a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere and take pride in great service. Key responsibilities
  • Welcome members and guests, check them in, and handle enquiries in person/phone/email.
  • Manage bookings (classes, PT sessions, facilities) and keep schedules accurate.
  • Process payments, membership queries, and retail sales where applicable.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, presentable reception and leisure environment.
  • Support the team with admin: basic reporting, stock checks, class lists, member communications.
  • Handle issues calmly and elevate appropriately (complaints, incidents, maintenance).
  • Follow all health & safety and company procedures.
Requirements
  • Confident communicator with a warm, polished service style.
  • Organised, accurate, and comfortable with systems.
  • A team player who stays calm under pressure and can handle busy periods.
  • Previous reception/customer service experience preferred (hospitality/leisure a plus).
  • Flexible working over weekends, bank holidays.
