If you are a qualified coach or personal trainer with a passion for fitness and lifestyle, and you demonstrate high energy, professionalism, and a sincere dedication to achieving results, we want to hear from you. We are particularly interested in candidates with certifications in Pilates, Yoga, Strength & Conditioning, Spin, HIIT/Circuits, Mobility & Recovery, Small Group/Personal Training, or Golf Fitness/Performance. Responsibilities- Deliver 1:0 and/or small group coaching sessions to a high standard.
- Create tailored training plans and track client progress.
- Drive engagement and retention through excellent coaching and follow-up.
- Maintain a safe coaching environment and follow site rules/procedures.
- Support the class timetable or programmes as needed (if applicable).
- Represent the brand professionally at all times.
- Qualified coach/instructor (discipline-relevant certification required).
- Strong coaching presence: confident, motivating, and client-focused.
- Reliable, punctual, and wellâorganised with bookings and session notes.
- Good understanding of safe training practice and member care.
- First Aid qualification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
