As a member of our Chef Talent Pool, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in a dynamic and creative culinary environment. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following established recipes and quality standards.
  • Assist in the creation and development of new menu items, ensuring creativity and seasonal considerations.
  • Work collaboratively with all kitchen staff to maintain flow during busy service periods.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and safety are adhered to in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor kitchen inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and maintain organization within kitchen storage areas.
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Assist with the plating and presentation of dishes to ensure a visually appealing and high-quality final product.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Flexibility to work across different areas of the kitchen and assist with various tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a chef in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
