Brockenhurst College a seeking a dedicated Student Support Attendance Adviser to join our team. This part time role offers 15 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 09.30 β 12.30) on a fixed term basis until 28 May 2027. In return, we offer a competitive salary of Β£24,617 pro rata. We are based within the stunning New Forest National Park and offer our students a huge range of courses and superb facilities. The Student Support Attendance Adviser Role: We are seeking a part-time, term-time only Attendance Adviser to work within our Student Services team. This forward-facing post has a competitive salary of Β£24,617 per annum pro rata, and the opportunity to join a local government pension scheme. You will provide a high standard of friendly and welcoming customer service and administrative support within our Student Services Admin Hub. As a college, we strongly support continuing professional development and will encourage you to develop your skills and interests through a wide selection of training programmes. Responsibilities as our Student Support Attendance Adviser will include: Maintaining filing and document management systems. Updating student records with various attendance matters. Signposting to our Safeguarding team where appropriate. Processing internal and external communication. Preparing documentation via a range of media. Shredding or disposing of confidential waste. Assisting with a range of events including College Open Evenings, Parents' Evenings, Induction Day and the Enrolment days, providing information and advice to prospective students, their parents and other visitors. Carrying out duties with efficiency and diplomacy, ensuring confidentiality is always maintained and other such duties within the Student Services Admin Hub and Reception, commensurate with the grade of the post. This post operates at the Brockenhurst campus.
