Brockenhurst College is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focused Lifelong Learning and Higher Education Administrator to work within the Higher Education and Adult Learning Directorate.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in supporting adult and higher education learners from initial enquiry through to successful completion of their studies.

Reporting to the Director for HE and Adult Learning and working within our Higher Education and Adult Learning team, you will provide high-quality administrative support that helps ensure an excellent learner experience and smooth day-to-day operations.

About the role

  • Support the administration of Higher Education, Access to HE and Adult Learning programmes.
  • Assist with learner enquiries, applications, enrolments and records.
  • Assist with student finance and Advanced Learner Loan administration.
  • Maintain accurate learner data and ensure compliance with funding and regulatory requirements.

About You

  • Has excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office applications and databases.
  • Can manage multiple priorities and work accurately at different times of the academic year.
  • Has strong communication skills.
  • Enjoys working with a wide range of people and supporting adult learners to achieve their goals.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.

Experience within Further Education, Higher Education or Adult Learning would be advantageous, although not essential.
