The Role: As our Helpdesk Technician, you will provide hardware and software support for users of the College\’s information technology systems; to ensure that staff and students receive the best possible support in accordance with College policies and procedures. Responsibilities as our Helpdesk Technician will include: To help with the successful running of the IT helpdesk which includes the provision of 1st line support for staff and students experiencing problems with any operating systems or applications installed upon their workstations or the network. If unable to resolve, escalate to 2nd line support. To help log requests for support and fault notification into our Helpdesk system.
