The Firm

A globally renowned sovereign wealth fund with $300bn+ in AUM is seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join its Co-Investments team in Dubai. The fund partners with top-tier global private equity firms, executing direct co-investments across diverse sectors and geographies.

The Role

As a Senior Analyst , you will play a key role in evaluating, structuring, and executing private equity co-investments alongside leading GPs. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to high-profile transactions and work within a dynamic, institutional investment platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for direct co-investment opportunities
• Support deal structuring, negotiation, and execution processes
• Assess market trends and investment themes across various industries and regions
• Develop investment committee materials and present recommendations
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, including top-tier GPs and advisors

Key Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking (M&A or leveraged finance), or a top-tier consulting firm
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills
• Exposure to private equity transactions or co-investments preferred
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Interest in relocating to Dubai and working in a fast-paced, global investment environment
