- We are currently seeking an
On‑Site Software Support Specialist to join our team of experienced professionals located at
Heathrow Airport (LHR) . Please note, this position is 100% on‑site.
Responsibilities
- Work onsite daily at
London Heathrow Airport , representing Brock Solutions as the first point of contact for Smart Suite technical incidents.
- Quickly troubleshoot hardware issues across a vast multi‑terminal network of workstations, scanners and other peripheral devices.
- Become a Smart Suite product specialist, acquiring airport domain, field operations and application knowledge to triage reported software issues.
- Serve as a visible, trusted point of contact for our customers; working with end users in the field, presenting monthly service reviews and participating in key events with the wider airport community.
- You will receive incidents for local customers, as well as handle remote cases as part of our continuous global coverage support model.
- Please note that this position is part of a 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM GMT onsite coverage rotation.
However, schedule adjustments may be necessary to provide customer support for occasional overnight and weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Analyst, Engineering or related Field. Knowledge in the following is considered an asset:
- Windows Servers
- Windows Failover Clustering or other high‑availability technologies
- Web Servers and Web Services
- Microsoft SQL Server (Administration, and basic queries)
- Azure or other cloud hosting solutions
- Basic networking fundamentals (VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and routers)
- Mobile Device Management solutions
- Previous work experience in airport IT or field services is considered an asset but not required.
- Fluent in any other language, in addition to English, is an asset.

- Ability to obtain and maintain a Heathrow Airport Limited Identification (HAL ID) Pass.
- Full, valid driving licence (required to obtain an Airside Driving Permit); we’ll consider reasonable adjustments.
- There may be occasional, short‑term travel to other airport or customer locations as business needs arise.
