The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Investment Manager to join the Zurich office. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with innovative startups and scale-ups, managing the full investment lifecycle from deal sourcing to portfolio management. No German language skills are required; however, the ability to operate effectively in a global, multicultural environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate investment opportunities in cybersecurity, healthcare, and SaaS, leveraging strong networks in Israel, the USA, and Europe.
- Conduct in-depth market research, financial analysis, and due diligence on potential investments.
- Develop and present investment recommendations to the investment committee.
- Collaborate with portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and operational support to help them scale and succeed.
- Build and maintain relationships with founders, industry experts, and co-investors across key geographies.
- Monitor portfolio performance, prepare detailed reports, and identify opportunities for value creation.
- Represent the fund at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, business, engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
- 4+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or strategy consulting, with a focus on technology or healthcare.
- Strong understanding of and passion for cybersecurity, healthcare, and SaaS sectors.
- Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- A global mindset with experience working in or with Israel and/or the USA is highly desirable.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, self-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
