As such, it is seeking a high-caliber Fundraising Director to spearhead its capital formation efforts globally.

Role Overview

As Fundraising Director , you will be responsible for leading the firm’s fundraising strategy and execution across current and future funds. You will manage relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and other LPs, and drive all aspects of the fundraising lifecycle—from initial outreach to closing commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy for the firm’s venture funds
• Manage and grow the firm’s global LP network, with a focus on institutional investors, endowments, foundations, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals
• Craft compelling marketing materials, pitch decks, due diligence documents, and RFP responses
• Lead investor meetings and presentations alongside senior partners
• Maintain strong relationships with existing LPs and ensure clear, consistent communication
• Track investor feedback and fundraising progress via CRM tools
• Support broader strategic initiatives, including co-investments and new fund launches

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, private placement, or capital advisory—ideally within the venture capital or private equity industry
• Proven track record of raising capital from institutional investors globally
• Deep network of LPs and strong understanding of the fundraising landscape
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of ownership
• Bachelor\’s degree required; MBA or equivalent a plus
