Venture Capital Associate

Our Client, dynamic and growing private equity firm with a strong focus on the technology and software sectors across Europe. Team is entrepreneurial, agile, and passionate about partnering with exceptional founders and management teams to scale innovative businesses. With an expanding portfolio and increasing deal flow in the DACH region, they are looking to add a high-caliber Associate to their London office.
As an Associate, you will play a key role in all aspects of the investment lifecycle – from sourcing and evaluating opportunities to executing transactions and supporting portfolio companies. Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling for potential investments
Conduct market and competitive research with a focus on tech/software sectors
2–4 years of experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity
~ Demonstrated interest or experience in the technology or software sector
~ Fluent German speaker with excellent communication skills in both German and English
~ Outstanding analytical skills and commercial judgment
~ Based in London or willing to relocate
