We are specifically looking for someone from a non-fund background — such as a developer, operator, or agency-side investment professional — who understands the asset class on a granular level and knows how to unlock proprietary deal flow.
Key Responsibilities:- Originate and secure industrial real estate opportunities across the UK, with a strong focus on off-market and relationship-led deals
- Lead the end-to-end acquisition process, including underwriting, due diligence, structuring, and negotiations
- Leverage an established network of brokers, landowners, operators, and developers to uncover opportunities
- Contribute to investment strategy and deployment plans in the industrial/logistics sector
- Collaborate with internal investment, asset management, and finance teams to assess fit and value creation potential
- Represent the firm externally as a senior point of contact in the UK industrial real estate space
- 10+ years of experience in UK industrial real estate acquisitions, development, or principal investment
- Demonstrable track record of sourcing and executing direct transactions in the sector
