Our Client, a fast-growing boutique investment bank, is seeking a highly motivated Analyst or Associate to join its London-based team. The firm specializes in providing strategic M&A and capital raising advisory services to clients across the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sectors. This is an opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with direct exposure to senior leadership, clients, and live transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support execution of M&A and financing transactions across the TMT landscape
  • Perform complex financial analysis, modeling, and valuation work (DCF, LBO, public comps, precedent transactions)
  • Prepare pitch books, marketing materials, and client presentations
  • Conduct sector research, competitive analysis, and target identification
  • Interact directly with clients, investors, and counterparties throughout the deal process
  • Help mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives

Candidate Profile

  • Approximately 3 years of experience in investment banking, preferably with TMT deal exposure
  • Strong academic background with a solid foundation in corporate finance
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Highly detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a lean, high-performance team
