About the Opportunity
The organisation focuses on sustainable infrastructure investments across the Nordic region and actively manages critical infrastructure assets spanning renewable power generation, energy storage, energy distribution, digital infrastructure and transport infrastructure. The successful candidate will play a key role in the active ownership and strategic management of portfolio companies, working closely with management teams, operating partners, co-investors and internal investment professionals to drive long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead asset management initiatives across portfolio companies and infrastructure platforms
- Monitor operational and financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting and KPI analysis
- Support strategic projects, refinancing processes, bolt-on acquisitions and business plan development
- Work closely with boards, management teams and co-investors on governance and value creation initiatives
- Assess operational improvement opportunities and support sustainability and ESG initiatives across the portfolio
- Prepare materials for investment committees, boards and shareholder discussions
- Support portfolio valuation workstreams and portfolio reporting processes
- Coordinate with external advisors, lenders and operating partners where relevant
Candidate Profile
- 8–12+ years of relevant experience within infrastructure investing, infrastructure private equity, infrastructure asset management, utilities, energy or industrial sectors
- Strong financial analysis and modelling capabilities combined with operational and strategic asset management exposure
- Experience working with infrastructure assets such as renewables, energy transition, digital infrastructure or transportation
- Proven ability to work closely with senior stakeholders, management teams and investment committees
- Strong commercial judgement, analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Nordic language skills are advantageous but not required
