Key Responsibilities:

• Work on investments within the energy / energy transition sectors.
• Take part in the full deal lifecycle, including origination, execution, and portfolio management.
• Conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and strategic analysis for potential investments.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, preferably in M&A or leveraged finance.
• Fluency in German is essential.
• Strong interest in energy, energy transition, renewables, and sustainability.
• Excellent analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and a commercial mindset.
