With a strong track record of creating value in the lower mid-market, we are helping them to find a Private Equity Associate to join their dynamic team in London. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis to support investment decisions. • Lead and participate in due diligence processes for prospective investments. • Develop and execute value creation strategies for portfolio companies, including operational improvements, growth initiatives, and market expansions. • Collaborate with senior team members to identify investment opportunities and execute transactions. • Work closely with portfolio companies’ management teams to drive performance and growth. Preferred Background: • 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting , ideally with exposure to healthcare or technology sectors. • Proven expertise in financial modeling , due diligence , and value creation . • Entrepreneurial experience with start-ups or other business ventures is a strong plus.
