The firm is a leading global investment platform with a strong presence in Europe. The Paris-based Private Credit team is expanding and seeking an experienced Investment Manager to lead the execution and monitoring of direct lending and opportunistic credit investments across the European mid- and large-cap space.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of deal execution, including diligence, modelling, structuring, and negotiation
- Lead preparation of investment committee materials and present recommendations
- Monitor portfolio companies, manage performance reviews, and support value creation initiatives
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (legal, risk, operations) and external advisors
- Mentor and oversee junior team members
Candidate Requirements
- 6β9 yearsβ experience in private credit, direct lending, special situations, or relevant structured finance roles
- Proven track record in executing credit transactions in Europe
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and credit analysis skills
- Experience from a top-tier credit fund, investment bank, or private equity firm
- Fluent in English; French advantageous
